CHALLENGES WHICH YOU MAKE GROW

• As a service technician, you are responsible for the implementation of an MSAN module replacement as well as inspection, maintenance and repair work on systems of the FTTX network infrastructure
• You check system parameters, are responsible for mechanical and electrical error diagnostics and troubleshooting
• You will develop documentation of maintenance work in accordance with specifications, as well as operating and system parameters and create work reports
• You identify possible non-contractual services and market them to our customers.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a successfully completed education as an electrician/ -installer or IT system electronics technician and several years of professional experience in this field
• Ideally, you have knowledge of IP routing / switching, IP transport, WLAN and VoIP
• You always meet our customers in a committed and service-oriented manner
• Your friendliness and reliability convince our customers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services
• You have a class B driving license
• You are willing to work predominantly in night shift
• Regular service availability is self-evident for you
• A high level of commitment, self-reliance and a sense of responsibility are completing your profile
• You are fluent in written and spoken German; English is an advantage.
