SERVICE DESK MANAGER (D/F/M)

Part time (20 h / week), permanent, immediately available

YOUR CHALLENGES

  • You are responsible for receiving and processing disturbance as well as monitoring our systems
  • Just as the classification of calls in the event of technical questions and malfunctions, forwarding to the field service including team coordination
  • Participation in administrative activities, e.g., monitoring of appointments, database maintenance and complaints as well as in the help desk, in compliance with our service levels.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a completed apprenticeship as a basis
  • You already have practical experience in a HelpDesk / ServiceDesk team
  • You are confident in handling the MS Office system as well as good IT skills
  • As a career changer with IT knowledge in the area of networks and communication systems, you are welcome
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English; other languages are an advantage
  • You are willing to work shifts and at the weekend
  • A confident and professional appearance on the phone, good communication skills as well as customer and service orientation with a pronounced service awareness round off your profile.
