  • You take on the interface function by telephone as well as in writing between our technical staff and our customer contact person
  • You are in constant communication using of the ticket system and order management and ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly. These include:
      • – Planning of orders
      • – Proactive control and arrangement of technician appointments
      • – Reporting, documentation and change request management
      • – Ordering material (hardware and software) from our suppliers
  • Documentation and monitoring of all reports in the ticket system
  • Compliance with the service levels



  • You have a technical or a commercial education (e.g., IT specialist, IT systems clerk)
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the IT environment
  • Experience as a dispatcher or managing clerk in the IT or technical environment is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of data centre components
  • You are working reliably, independently and process-oriented
  • Beyond that you are also customer-oriented and communicative
  • You have a good understanding of commercial business and are confident in using MS Office
  • Very good written and spoken German and English completes your profile.
